Stop doing
manually what
machines can do.
I build n8n and Make.com workflows that connect your tools, automate your repetitive tasks, and keep your data in sync — so your team can focus on work that actually needs a human. 17+ years of integration experience, now applied to automation.
n8n vs Make vs Zapier — Which Is Right for You?
Each tool has a different sweet spot. I work with all three and recommend the right one based on your volume, data sensitivity, and workflow complexity.
- Self-hosted on your own server — data never leaves your infrastructure
- No per-task pricing — pay once to host, run unlimited automation
- Custom JavaScript nodes for logic no visual tool can handle
- 400+ native integrations + any REST API via HTTP node
- Best for: high volume, data privacy, custom logic
- Cloud-hosted — no server management required
- Visual scenario builder with powerful data transformation tools
- 1000+ app integrations with deep field mapping
- Per-operation pricing — best for moderate automation volume
- Best for: complex data mapping, fast setup, non-technical teams
- Simplest interface — easiest for non-technical teams to maintain
- 6000+ app integrations — widest ecosystem coverage
- Higher per-task pricing at scale than n8n or Make
- Limited data transformation vs Make or n8n
- Best for: simple workflows, small teams, quick wins
Workflows That Run While You Sleep
The most valuable automations are the ones that currently require a human sitting at a computer doing the same thing every time.
Lead Capture → CRM Sync
New form submission → contact created in HubSpot/Salesforce/Close → welcome email sent → sales team notified in Slack — all in under 30 seconds, automatically, every time.
Payment → Onboarding Flow
Stripe payment confirmed → account provisioned in your app → welcome email with login credentials → invoice sent → CRM deal marked Won — zero manual steps between payment and access.
AI Document Processing
Email arrives with PDF attachment → n8n extracts text → sends to OpenAI/Claude for analysis → structured data written to your database → notification sent with summary. All automatic.
eCommerce Order Automation
WooCommerce order placed → inventory updated in your warehouse system → shipping label created → customer notified → order logged in accounting software. No manual order processing.
WhatsApp & SMS Automation
Lead fills form → WhatsApp message sent automatically → if no reply in 24h, follow-up sent → rep notified if lead goes cold. Twilio or WhatsApp Business API connected via n8n.
Cross-Platform Data Sync
Customer updated in CRM → record updated in billing system → support tool notified → internal database kept in sync. Bidirectional sync without manual data entry between tools.
Automation That Doesn't Break at 2am
Most automation tutorials show the happy path. Production automation needs to handle errors, retries, and edge cases — or you'll spend more time fixing broken workflows than the automation saved.
Every workflow has an error path, not just a happy path.
What happens when the CRM API returns a 429 rate limit? When the email bounces? When a webhook fires with malformed data? Without error handling, these scenarios silently break your automation and you find out days later when data is missing.
- Error branches on every node that can fail — never silent failures
- Exponential backoff retry logic for rate-limited APIs
- Failed execution notifications via Slack or email
- Dead-letter queue for payloads that need manual review
The same trigger fires twice. The workflow runs once.
Webhooks can fire multiple times for the same event. Network retries cause duplicate executions. Without deduplication, a single form submission creates two CRM contacts, two emails send, and two Slack notifications fire.
- Execution ID tracking to detect and skip duplicate runs
- CRM lookup before creation — update if exists, create if new
- Database logging of processed event IDs
- Idempotent API calls using unique keys per payload
Execution logs you can actually read and act on.
Automation without observability is a black box. When something goes wrong — and eventually something will — you need to know exactly what happened, at which node, with which payload, and why it failed.
- Structured execution logs with input/output at each node
- Daily execution summary sent to your email or Slack
- Alerting when execution failure rate exceeds threshold
- n8n self-hosted: full execution history retained in your database
The Tools Your Business Already Uses
n8n has 400+ native nodes, Make has 1000+ apps, and both support any REST API via HTTP requests — meaning virtually any tool your business uses can be automated.
Automation Built on Years of API Integration
n8n and Make.com automation is most powerful when the developer behind it understands APIs, webhooks, and data at a code level — not just a drag-and-drop level.
Global Healthcare Resources
10+ year engagement including Zapier and API automation connecting HubSpot CRM, Docebo LMS, Webflow CMS, and Stripe billing — the same integration patterns now delivered through n8n for clients needing more control and lower per-task costs.
n8n + AI Automation
n8n's built-in AI nodes (OpenAI, Claude, Langchain) combined with my AI integration experience — building automation flows that not just move data but intelligently process, classify, and enrich it using AI models.
CRM Automation Pipelines
CRM development and integration projects that naturally extend into automation — lead scoring workflows, deal stage triggers, follow-up sequences, and reporting automation built on Make.com and connected Laravel APIs.
Automation by a Developer Who Understands the APIs
Most n8n/Make freelancers connect visible tools via drag-and-drop. When you need a custom HTTP node hitting a non-standard API, JavaScript transformation logic, or a self-hosted n8n instance on your own server — that's where full-stack development experience matters.
Any API, not just native nodes
17+ years of REST API integration means I can connect anything to n8n or Make — even APIs without native nodes, using HTTP requests, authentication flows, and custom data transformation.
Self-hosted n8n on your server
I deploy and configure n8n on your VPS or cloud server — so your automation data stays on your infrastructure, your execution history is private, and you pay no per-task platform fees.
AI-powered automation nodes
n8n's built-in OpenAI and Claude nodes combined with my AI integration experience — building workflows that don't just move data but intelligently process it using AI models mid-flow.
Custom code when needed
n8n's JavaScript Code node and Make.com's custom modules unlock logic that no visual node can handle. I write clean, documented code that the next developer can understand and maintain.
